You can connect with on drop-in staff Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:00pm. Someone will get in touch with you as soon as possible, typically during the same business day.

Are you are concerned about a student, helping a student navigate a challenge, or have questions about available resources and options for a student? We are here to consult!
You can reach us by email, phone, or you can refer a student of concern. Drop-in staff are available Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm.
Emergency and After Hours
Whether you or a student are navigating a mental health crisis or emergency, there is support available 24 hours per day. For all emergency or mental health crisis situations, no matter what time they occur, you should first reach out to one of these resources.
