Phillip joined the office in January 2026 and serves as Assistant Director. Prior to joining the OSAS team, he worked with University Housing here at UW–Madison for over 16 years in both Residence Life and University Apartments. A proud Ohio native, Phillip earned his B.S. in Technology and M.A. in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University. Outside of work, he enjoys performing in and attending theater productions and spending time with his husband and their dogs, Tripp & Lilly.
